The organiser and its subcontractor idloom process your data in compliance with the European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organise the event you will attend, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by email, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organiser on the basis of its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to present you with offers from partners and sponsors concerning this event, to obtain analyses on this event, to ensure satisfactory networking by having your name and company appear on the list of participants and the moblie application for the event. You have the right to object to this processing.

idloom only processes the User's personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having obtained appropriate guarantees from the subcontractor or recipient. It is transferred to the country of the organiser. The organiser will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal obligations of conservation, in particular fiscal and accounting obligations, and until the end of the liability.
